South Coast Contracting & Developments Ltd started as a partnership in 1998 and have since become a Limited company in 2016. We have carried out a multitude of projects throughout the New Forest and surrounding areas across Hampshire and Dorset, both for individual clients and on behalf of architects and designers.
We pride ourselves on our professional approach and the fact we are happy to carry out projects both large and small.
Peace of Mind
We can offer our clients full peace of mind with our full contractors all risk insurance. We are used to working under JCT contracts and when carrying out a domestic project we will assume the role of principle designer, under the new CDM regulations and work within the HSE guidelines. A fixed price contract or if required a cost plus contract can be carried out.
From Design to Completion
South Coast Contracting will run your project from start to completion and with our vast knowledge of the building industry ensure your job runs smoothly with us as your sole point of contact throughout. We always aim to take the hassle out of your project by employing skilled tradesmen who adhere to our health and safety policy, our working site managers will deal with building control and make sure that material and labour arrive on site at the time they are required.
